Shraman Museum and Learning Center

ORA was commissioned in 2015 to participate in a design competition to create the Shraman Museum and Learning Center at the heart of the cultural district in downtown Dallas, Texas. Collaborating with Framework Cultural Placemaking and Vikram Prakash, ORA developed three distinct alternative designs for interactive galleries, learning center, and extensive public open space. 

The proposals reflect the Shraman Foundation’s mission to build awareness and understanding of South Asia’s diverse cultural traditions and practices through immersive exploration of South Asian culture, history, and present-day life.
