SEATTLE CORPORATE COFFEE COMPANY – OFFICE REFRESH

In 2013, ORA was engaged as the architect for over 500,000sf of tenant improvements including office space, meeting rooms, private offices, partner development spaces, kitchens, labs and special use spaces. ORA provided master planning, scope and programming evaluation, value-engineering, systems evaluation, exiting, ADA planning, and wayfinding to create an integrated revitalization within the historic building. ORA worked closely with the client to create open collaboration areas which integrated natural wood low partitions and custom furnishings which expresses the client’s brand and created an engaging counterpoint to the new office furniture.
