Soho Loft – New York, NY
This Soho residence was a complete renovation that retained certain historic elements to maintain the loft character. The wood floor, radiators, columns, and exposed center beam were kept as grounding elements. New pieces floated around the existing infrastructure to loosely define flexible spaces. Partial walls, sliding doors and pivoting panels expand and contract to enclose spaces when needed and open the loft up to feel like one continuous space. This project was completed by Steven Lazen prior to joining ORA.
